Before You Book

Common questions answered.

How much space is needed?

Each machine needs approximately 1.5 m × 1.5 m of clear floor space including room for the attendant. We'll confirm venue requirements when you enquire.

What power supply is required?

All machines run from a standard 13A 240V socket — the same as a normal household plug. No generator required for events under 6 hours.

Can I hire without a photo booth?

Absolutely. All equipment can be booked as standalone hire, independently of any photo booth package. Just get in touch for a quote.

How many guests can each machine serve?

Typically 60–100 guests per session. For very large events (150+) we can discuss extended hire time or additional supply.

Can the machines be used outdoors?

Yes — with appropriate shelter such as a marquee, gazebo or covered area. We'll advise on weather protection when confirming your booking.

What if there's a technical issue?

Our attendants handle on-site troubleshooting. In the rare event of equipment failure we provide a partial refund proportional to any lost service time.
