360 Video Booth hire
Magic Mirror Photo Booth hire
Event equipment hire and add-ons
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings & Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or secure a booking.
A booking is only confirmed once:
Availability is confirmed by CPW 360 Hire, and
Any required deposit or payment has been received
We reserve the right to decline or cancel enquiries at our discretion.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP (£)
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed
Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
Final balances must be paid by the agreed date prior to the event
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed
Cancellations made close to the event date may be liable for full payment
No refunds will be issued for reduced event time, guest participation, or unused services
If CPW 360 Hire must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a refund or reschedule where possible.
Event Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide safe and suitable space for equipment setup
Ensure access to power where required
Take responsibility for guest behaviour around equipment
CPW 360 Hire reserves the right to stop service if:
Equipment is at risk of damage
Guests behave in a dangerous or abusive manner
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Equipment & Damage
All equipment remains the property of CPW 360 Hire
The client may be held financially responsible for damage caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties
Normal wear and tear is excluded
Media Usage
By booking our services, you grant CPW 360 Hire permission to use photos and videos captured at your event for:
Marketing
Website content
Social media promotion
If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before your event.

You agree not to:
Misuse this website
Attempt unauthorised access
Upload malicious content or interfere with functionality
All website content is owned by CPW 360 Hire and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Liability is limited to the total value of the booking
